Duties / Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences and expectations.
- Developing a deep understanding of the client’s industry, culture and specific role to effectively source and attract the right candidates.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using various recruitment methods such as job portals, social media and professional networks.
- Reviewing and screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates suitability for open positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments and other hiring activities with client and candidates.
- Managing the negotiation and offer process to ensure it aligns with client expectations and assist in securing the desired candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date recruitment data and preparing regular reports on key metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire.
- Providing guidance and direction to recruiters on client expectations and desired candidates profiles.
- Assigning and prioritizing recruitment assignments and requisition to recruiters based on their expertise and capabilities.
- Establishing recruitment targets and KPI’s for recruiters to ensure they are aligned with client’s goals.
