Duties / Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective assessment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively to keep candidates informed about their status and provide feedback when necessary.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization’s employer brand.
