Role Description:
- Mandatory: Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design and site trials
- Mandatory: Knowledge of concrete additives and admixtures
- Mandatory: Key Account Management
- Preferred: Familiar with the technical specifications management process to position products with distinctive and competitive specifications
- Preferred: Knowledge of corrosion science & technology, and high-performance additives
- Customer focus and competition orientation must
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory: B.E./ B Tech. in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: M.E./ MTech.
Total Work Experience:
Total Minimum 08 – 12 years
(Mandatory: Candidates with considerable experience of working in the Concrete Additives/ Admixture business)
