Role & Responsibilities:
- Financial planning & budgeting Annual budget, forecasting process, variance analysis, support in business strategy etc.
- Commercial finance management to Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Vendors & Suppliers, Banks, Supplychain & Logistics, Analyse customer profiles & product profitability etc.
- Performance monitoring Develop and maintain key KPI, prepare weekly/ monthly financial reports, Monitor working capital, inventory levels, and cost management initiatives.
- Business partnering : Lead cross functional projects, Provide guidance on financial implications etc.
- System and process improvements in financial systems and process, implement best practices, leverage technologies to automate routine task.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of professional experience
- Experience with FMCG / Retail companies is preferred.
- Very good experience and understanding of financial planning with a dynamic supplychain function, budgeting and reporting function.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
