Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of Nutanix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain 100% infrastructure uptime and readiness.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize business disruptions and ensure data integrity.
IT Operations Oversight:
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT operations team, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the IT department to meet evolving business needs.
SAP Knowledge and Integration:
- Leverage expertise in SAP to support integration efforts with MES, digital supply chain, and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement SAP solutions that streamline business processes and drive operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of SAP updates, advancements, and best practices to maximize the value of SAP investments.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Should have experience into coding.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT management, with a focus on MES, and infrastructure & Security management
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Industry 4.0 and MES implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Must have worked/Understand Mobile/Or related Manufacturing Industry.
